Tonnarelli with pumpkin sauce and grain of pistachio

  • 1 package of tonnarelli
  • 1 slice of garlic
  • 150 g of cleaned pumpkin
  • 1 handful of pistachi
  • extravirgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4-5 spoonfuls of Parmigiano Reggiano
Cook the tonnarelli in abundant salty water. Cut the pumpkin. Remove the peel and the seeds. Cut it and cook it with a garlic slice in a pressure cooker for about 5 minutes. When it is ready, remove the garlic and mix everything with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Season the tonnarelli and complete the dish with minced pistacchi.
