Tagliatelle with mushrooms and smocked ham

  • 1 package of tagliatelle
  • 10 champignon mushrooms
  • 5 porcini mushrooms
  • 3 slices of smocked ham
  • 40 gr of butter
  • minced parsley
  • 1 slice of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • half glass of white wine
Put in water fresh mushrooms. In the meantime cut the champignon mushrooms in slices and put them aside. Liquefy the butter in a pan and fry a slice of garlic. Add the champignon mushrooms and cook them for 2 minutes. Unite the porcini mushrooms. Cook the tagliatelle in abundant salty water for about 2 minutes. Fry the pasta with the mushrooms adding a glass of cooking water. Complete the cook directly in pan, adding the smocked ham. Wait the dish with black pepper on table.
