Meat quadrucci in spicy broth with crispy vegetables

  • 1 package of meat quadrucci “Lo Scoiattolo”
  • 1 litre of water
  • 1 apple
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 fresh onion
  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • some cloves
Prepare the vegetable broth with half of apple, one celery stick, two well-cleaned carrots and cloves. Unite some grains of salt. Cook everything. Filter the broth and put it aside. In the meantime, cut all the vegetables in cubes, the carrot, the savoy cabbage, the other half of the apple and the celery stick. Boil the broth, then unite the vegetables; cook everything for about 3-5 minutes. Unite the quadrucci with vegetables the last 3 minutes of cooking. Wait the dish on table.
