Truffle perline with stracchino and walnut grains

Ingredients:

1 package of truffle perline
70g of stracchino
1 spoonful of extra virgin olive oil
1 knob of butter
10 walnuts
salt and black pepper
2 spoonfuls of milk
1 spoonful of parmigiano reggiano
chives

Preparation:
Mince the walnuts. Liquefy the butter in a wide pan and unite the perline to it. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour 200ml of water and milk in the pan. Cook everything for 5 minutes. Unite the stracchino to the dish and cook everything. Complete the dish with black bepper and grated parmigiano reggiano cheese. Wait the dish on table.
