Gorgonzola perline, fennel cream, crunchy smoked ham

  • 1 package of gorgonzola perline
  • 3 fennels
  • 200g of milk
  • grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
  • extravirgin olive oil
  • 200g of smoked ham
  • salt and pepper
Clean the fennels, slice them and cook them. put them in a glass and mix everything with milk (or water). Filter everything with a strainer. Put everything again in a glass and put 30g of extravirgin olive oil there. Salt the dish. Cook it in a pot, fry the perline in a pan. After having fried the smoked ham in a pan, arrange the perline and the crunchy smoked ham with the fennels cream.Complete the dish with extravirgin olive oil and grated parmigiano reggiano cheese.
