Gorgonzola perline with savoy cabbage, pumpkin and chorizo

  • 1 package of gorgonzola perline “Lo Scoiattolo”
  • 200 gr of savoy cabbage
  • 80 gr of pumpkin
  • 40 gr of chorizo
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Clean the savoy cabbage, slice it . Clean the pumpkin and cut it in small cubes. Cut the chorizo in small cubes. Warm 3 spoonfuls of olive oil in a pan. Fry the savoy cabbage, unite the pumpkin, salt everything and unite the chorizo. Cook everything and in the meantime cook the perline in salty water. Drain the perline and unite them to the vegetables and chorizo. Wait the dish on table with a sprinkle of pepper.
