Chocolate pappardelle with vanilla pears and toblerone

  • 1 package of chocolate pappardelle
  • 2-3 pears
  • half of vanilla berry
  • 15 g of butter
  • brown sugar
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey
  • 40 g of toblerone
  • 1 lemon
  • cream ice cream
  • whipped cream
Cut a pear in half, remove the central internal part of the pear with a spoon. Arrange them inside a baking tray, cover them with a spoonful of brown sugar and a spoonful of honey. Cook it in an oven at 220°C for about ten minutes. In the meantime, peel the other pear, remove the seeds and cut it in small cubes. Pour with lemon juice. Liquefy the butter in a large pan, add the pears. Pour two spoonfuls of honey and two spoonfuls of brown sugar. Add the vanilla berry. Mix everything. Candy the pears until they are ready. Remove the vanilla. Unite the pappardelle with the chocolate and a glass of water. Cook everything. Serve them with the pears on table and add to it whipped cream. Add ice cream to your plate and scatter toblerone chocolate on it.
