Medaglioni speck ham and brie cheese with stewed Brussels sprouts and olives

  • 1 package of medaglioni filled with speck ham and brie cheese
  • 300 g of Brussels sprouts
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • olives without pit
  • salt and black pepper
Clean the sprouts and remove the more external leaves from them. Wash them accurately. Slice them and fry them in a pan with 2-3 spoonfuls of olive oil. Salt it. Unite the olives. Cook the medaglioni for the cooking time indicated on the package in abundant salty water. Put everything in the pan with the condiment. Mix everything and wait the dish on table.
