Chocolate medaglioni with white chocolate mousse and mixed berries

  • 1 package of chocolate medaglioni
  • 50g of dense sour cream
  • 100g of white chocolate
  • mixed berries (mulberries, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries)
  • 1 spoonful of sugar
Liquefy white chocolate. Leave it cool down and unite sour cream. Put it in the fridge and prepare the medaglioni, putting them in a pan. Unite 200ml of water and a spoonful of sugar. Cook them for 5 minutes until the water will be absorbed. Compose the dish, laying down the medaglioni and adorning them with the white chocolate mousse and mixed berries.
