Mushrooms medaglioni with capesante and pistachio grain

Ingredients:
  • 1 package of mushrooms medaglioni
  • 1 handful of unsalty pistachi
  • 6 capesante
  • 30g of butter
Preparation:
Fry the capesante in a pan. Remove the pellicle of the pistachi. Mince them. Liquefy the butter in a pan and put the medaglioni over the capesante. Unite a glass of water and cook everything for 5 minutes. Wait the dish on table.
