- 1 package of GranPanzerotti tomatoes, mozzarella and basil
- 8-10 tomatoes
- half of glass of tomato puree
- half of shallot
- 1 mozzarella
- 15-20 black and green olives
Preparation:Warm a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and fry the shallot and the tomatoes. Unite the tomato puree and the GranPanzerotti, adding 200 ml of water. Salt it and cook it for about 5 minutes,mixing everything, Unite the olives and some leaves of basil to season it, Put everything in a oven pan and complete the dish with the mozzarella.
