Vegan girasoli with grilled vegetables, zucchini mediterranean ratatouille, olives and tomatoes

Ingredients:

1 package of vegan girasoli filled with vegetables
extra virgin olive oil
3 spoonfuls of tomato puree
10 tomatoes
1 zucchini
green and black olives
thyme
basil
red onion
salt and pepper
fresh chili pepper

Preparation:
Clean the tomatoes and cut them. Slice the zucchini and cut the olives and onion. Warm extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add the zucchini to it and cook them. After two minutes, add the onion, the olives and the vegan girasoli. Pour 200ml of water in the pan and salt everything. Unite the tomato puree and the basil to everything. Cook everything until the water will be boiled off.
