Vegan girasoli with legumes and almonds and green peas pesto

Cook the green peas in a pot for 2 minutes. Add minced almonds, basil and extra virgin olive oil. Mix everything until obtaining a dense cream. Salt and pepper everything. In the meantime, warm extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add the vegan girasoli. Unite 200 ml of water to the girasoli and salt everything. Cook the dish for 5 minutes. Salt it with green peas sauce, mix everything and wait the dish on table.

1 package of vegan girasoli with legumes
10 almonds
1 cup of fresh green peas
10 basil leaves
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
1 slice of garlic
