Organic whole wheat Fettuccine with broccoli and smoked salmon

  • 1 pack Organic whole wheat Fettuccine
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1 or 2 fillets smoked salmon
  • 1 little anchovy
  • pink pepper
  • fennel
  • a knob of butter
Clean the broccoli and cut it into florets. Boil them in salted water for about 6-7 minutes. Drain and pass them under cold water to revive the color. Boil the whole wheat Fettuccine in abundant salted water and drain them when al dente. In a large pan, melt a knob of butter, add a little anchovy to flavor and then the broccoli. Sauté them for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the pasta with some cooking water. Finish the cooking directly in the pan and finally, add the smoked salmon cut into thin strips. Complete with some fennel and pink pepper.
