Basil spaghetti with carrots cream and a mixture of vegetables

  • 1 package of basil spaghetti
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 spoonful of parmigiano reggiano cheese
  • 60g of broccoli
  • 10 tomatoes
  • 1 spoonful of turmeric
  • 1/2 red onion
  • salt
  • evo oil
peel carrots, cut them in cubes and cook them until they are soft. Cook spaghetti in abundant salty water. Clean the broccoli and cook them until they are soft. Clean tomatoes and slice them. Blend carrots with few cooking water, evo oil, parmigiano reggiano cheese and a spoonful of turmeric. Salt it. Drain the spaghetti. Warm a spoonful of evo oil and minced red onion. Unite the broccoli and the tomatoes. Add the spaghetti and the carrot cream. Wait the dish on table.
