pumpkin and sweet potatoes cream with raw ham perline

  • 1 package of raw ham perline
  • 150g of pumpkin
  • 1 sweet potato
  • rosemary
  • vegetable broth
  • 1 slice of garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Cook the perline in abundant salty water. The cream can be prepared rapidly in a pressure cooker. Cook two spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil in a pot. Arrange a slice of garlic and rosemary inside it. Unite the pumpkin and the sweet potato to the pot. Mix everything pouring the vegetable broth. Cook everything for about 30 minutes. Remove the slice of garlic and the rosemary. Salt and pepper it. Unite the raw ham perline to the dish. Wait it on table.
